"... Dear Jaime and family We had a FANTASTIC holiday in Majorca and your beautiful villa provided the perfect base for exploring the island. It was great that the villa had retained all of its original character, it had everything we needed and was very spacious.  We loved the shaded veranda where there was always a lovely breeze to sit and eat, drink or just relax and take in the lovely view of the little harbour.  The pool was well used, particularly by the family!  P. and I loved the balcony that goes with the master bedroom and also the rooftop balcony that we could access from there.   We also loved the peaceful location – most of the time the only sound to be heard was the crickets and the ropes tapping gently against the masts of the boats in the harbour – it was blissful! It was certainly a memorable holiday and your wonderful villa played a large part in this. Best wishes ..."

The villa was well equiped, in a perfect location and had tremendous views. We also enjoyed having the pool. The interior may be a little traditional for some, but we were very comfortable with it. The maps you provided were very good. Overall, I think that the website described the villa very well, but you could benefit from describing the wonderful location a little better. " ... Hello Jaime. We had a good journey home and have many great memories of our stay in the villa at Colonia. The villa is extremely comfortable for a family of eight, the rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped, we cooked all our meals and it was wonderful to eat on the terrace with the spectacular view of the sea and the boats in the harbour. The terrace/balcony is a brilliant place to sit if you want to get out of the sun and read a book and it is plenty large enough for everyone to eat out there in comfort.  The children loved the play room and the adults, at least two of them, made good use of the fitness equipment. The pool was really well used by the whole family, our two little girls really became confident at climbing in and out of the shallow end of the pool and our two boys swimming skills improved enormously with being able to swim at any time of the day. Ed. kept the pool spotlessly clean. We couldn’t believe how wonderfully quiet Colonia is, it is so relaxing and nothing to tempt you to spend lots of money ! The walkway along the seafront is very attractive and the mountain backdrop is an ever changing delight. ..."
